After you create an account, use Quick Start to add your website and business details, then review your greeting, FAQs, message-taking rules, appointments, and other agent settings. Next, create your NonaCall number in Go Live. If you keep your existing public business number, use Launch Instructions to forward calls to NonaCall and test the live experience from another phone.

Yes. In Agent Settings → Business Information, enter your website and use Learn from website. NonaCall can scan relevant pages and use the extracted business information and FAQs to help prefill your agent profile. Review the imported information before saving.

Yes. Agent Settings includes controls for the greeting, primary language, voice, speaking speed, and supported multilingual behavior. You can also configure business hours, after-hours behavior, and the FAQs the receptionist may use.

After signing in, open Conversations to review recent call history. Available details can include call metadata, summaries, transcripts, recordings, outcomes, and follow-up information depending on the call and your account configuration.

After activating an eligible trial or paid plan, open Go Live and choose the NonaCall number option. Enter your preferred U.S. area code and select an available number. Specific area codes and local inventory are not guaranteed.

Yes. You can keep your existing public business number with your current carrier and forward incoming calls to your NonaCall destination number. Your customers continue calling the number they already know.

After your NonaCall destination number is ready, open Launch Instructions in the dashboard. Choose your phone system or carrier and follow the available steps. Exact forwarding options can depend on your carrier plan, device, and account permissions.

Call your normal business number from another phone after forwarding is enabled. If NonaCall answers, the forwarding setup is working. If it does not, review the forwarding configuration in Launch Instructions and confirm the destination number is correct.

NonaCall does not currently support live call transfers. When a caller needs a person, the receptionist can capture the caller's name, callback number, and reason for the call so your team can follow up with context.

Yes. In Agent Settings → Take a Message, you can define when and how the receptionist should collect a caller's message and callback details.

Yes, when appointment settings are enabled and a supported calendar integration is connected. NonaCall can use supported calendar availability during calls and create bookings according to the configuration in your account.

Yes. Set business hours in Agent Settings → Business Information, then use Agent Settings → Agent Profile to define what the receptionist should do outside those hours.

NonaCall includes Call Protection settings that can help reduce unwanted calls, including options related to toll-free numbers, suspected sales calls, and suspicious caller IDs.

NonaCall currently supports Google Calendar and Calendly for appointment workflows, plus GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Jobber, and Housecall Pro for supported CRM or lead workflows. Integration capabilities vary by provider and account configuration.

Depending on the connected integration, NonaCall can use completed-call information to create or update contacts, add call summaries or notes, create supported lead records, or support appointment workflows. The detailed call record remains available in NonaCall according to your account's retention settings.

Sign in and check the status shown on the integration card. Reconnecting an authorization may resolve an expired connection. If a completed call still does not sync, use the in-app support widget and include the integration name, approximate call time, and any error shown. Never send your password or private API secret in a support message.

The standard NonaCall free trial lasts 3 days and includes up to 15 minutes of inbound receptionist calls. An eligible credit or debit card is required. If the 15-minute allowance is used before the 3 days end, new calls pause until the trial ends; reaching the minute limit does not start billing early.

No. The free trial requires an eligible credit or debit card. Payment methods identified as prepaid are not eligible for free-trial activation. If the payment method is found to be ineligible, the trial is not activated and you can try again with another eligible card.

Lite is $19/month with 60 included minutes and $0.24/min additional usage. Starter is $29/month with 100 minutes and $0.22/min additional usage. Growth is $65/month with 300 minutes and $0.20/min additional usage. Pro is $99/month with 500 minutes and $0.19/min additional usage. Review the current checkout before subscribing.

For paid plans, usage beyond the included allowance may be billed at the plan's stated per-minute overage rate. Your dashboard shows current-period usage and applicable overage information. Trial usage does not create trial overage charges.

NonaCall may temporarily pause new calls so additional usage costs do not continue while payment is unresolved. Your account, receptionist settings, conversations, integrations, and assigned number are not immediately deleted because of a payment failure. Calling can resume after payment is successfully recovered and the subscription returns to an eligible status.

Sign in and open Account → Billing, then use Manage billing or the available payment-method controls. The secure billing flow lets you update the payment method and view available invoice or receipt information.

The workspace owner can cancel from Account → Billing. Service normally remains available until the current trial or paid period ends. If the account has a successful paid history, an assigned provider-controlled number is generally reserved for up to 30 days after effective termination. A never-paid trial does not receive that 30-day number reservation.

For password-based accounts, open Account → Account settings and use the password controls after signing in. If you use Google sign-in, your Google account manages that password.

After signing in, open Account → Notifications to set the notification email and preferences. A test-email option is available to verify delivery.

The workspace owner can open Account → Account settings and use the Close NonaCall account flow. Permanent account closure is different from canceling a subscription and cannot be undone once completed.
